Do you think the MOA or state give a shit about vulnerable road users?<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Might as well ask about the <div class=\"su-animate\" style=\"opacity:0;-webkit-animation-duration:3.0s;-webkit-animation-delay:1.0s;animation-duration:3.0s;animation-delay:1.0s;\" data-animation=\"bounceIn\" data-duration=\"3.0\" data-delay=\"1.0\"><em><strong>nature of evil.<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<p>To be just a hair less dramatic, aren&#8217;t we really asking whether Alaska or Anchorage are<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>inept<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1396\" src=\"https:\/\/opinion.alaskapolicy.net\/pardonme\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-05-at-9.37.06-AM-300x283.png\" alt=\"Evil\" width=\"300\" height=\"283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/opinion.alaskapolicy.net\/pardonme\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-05-at-9.37.06-AM-300x283.png 300w, https:\/\/opinion.alaskapolicy.net\/pardonme\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-05-at-9.37.06-AM-768x724.png 768w, https:\/\/opinion.alaskapolicy.net\/pardonme\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screen-Shot-2019-12-05-at-9.37.06-AM.png 832w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>myopic<\/li>\n<li>a slave to inertia<\/li>\n<li>incompetent<\/li>\n<li>additional selections of your choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>or just plain <div class=\"su-animate\" style=\"opacity:0;-webkit-animation-duration:3.5s;-webkit-animation-delay:2.0s;animation-duration:3.5s;animation-delay:2.0s;\" data-animation=\"bounceIn\" data-duration=\"3.5\" data-delay=\"2.0\"><em><strong>EEEEE-vil.<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<p>Thinking about this, my mind of course reaches out to bikers who work for these entities. How do they see themselves? I think it fair to say that if I can talk about a they, they feel they are doing a good job. I think this is consistent with the the delusional folk at Bike Anchorage and Vision Zero.
